You further agree that all purchase orders involving assumable data ("lists") from Trust & Experience LLC entities is a prerequisite of the client's acknowledgment that the lists may include names, phone numbers, emails, or other records present on the National Do Not Call Registry, and it is the client's sole responsibility to use the lists in a manner permitted by law.
